I am a physiotherapist and personal trainer. Sport and movement have always been an important part of my life — I trained competitively in ballroom dancing, which helped develop a deep body awareness and allows me to work more effectively with my clients and patients.
I gained my professional experience in private rehabilitation clinics, as well as through internships and volunteer work.
I specialize in:
Physiotherapy for women during pregnancy and after childbirth, including urogynecological conditions;
Orthopedic rehabilitation — support after injuries and surgical procedures;

I am a personal trainer and a physiotherapy student. Movement and sport have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I focus on strength training, and in the past I played volleyball and handball, which allows me to understand the needs of both active individuals and those who are just beginning their journey with movement.
In my work, I place strong emphasis on body awareness, proper technique, and safe, gradual progression. I see training as more than just working on physical appearance — it is also a space for recovery, stress reduction, and building healthy habits.
