I am a physiotherapist and personal trainer. Sport and movement have always been an important part of my life — I trained competitively in ballroom dancing, which helped develop a deep body awareness and allows me to work more effectively with my clients and patients.

I gained my professional experience in private rehabilitation clinics, as well as through internships and volunteer work.

I specialize in:

Physiotherapy for women during pregnancy and after childbirth, including urogynecological conditions;
Orthopedic rehabilitation — support after injuries and surgical procedures;
Working with adolescents, athletes, and dancers — injury prevention and development of movement awareness;

Yes. All training sessions are individually tailored and conducted in a safe, controlled manner. We focus not only on relieving symptoms but also on addressing the root cause of the issue to achieve long-lasting and comfortable results.
What does the first free trial session look like?
The first session begins with a brief consultation to understand your goals and needs. This is followed by a training session with individually selected exercises tailored to your abilities.
How long does one training session last?
One training session lasts 60 minutes.
Is MOOV suitable for beginners?
Yes. MOOV is an ideal place to start in a safe and conscious way. With the support and experience of our trainers, it’s easier to build strong foundations and understand why specific exercises are part of your training.
Are there locker rooms and showers available at the studio?
Yes, the studio is equipped with both locker rooms and showers.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Yes. A training gift voucher is a great idea for a meaningful present. Instead of another item, you’re giving better well-being, improved health, and movement tailored to individual needs.
Can I train with a partner or a friend?
Yes, this is possible. However, we recommend starting with individual training sessions so the trainer can assess each person’s goals and needs. This allows us to determine whether partner training is the right option. There is also the possibility of being matched with a partner for split training sessions.
